Strategic Tools & Equipment CAN Test Box can quickly and easily break out the pins on the OBDII port (data link connector, or DLC). Avoid having to probe the DLC to diagnose faults on European and Japanese luxury vehicles, or any vehicle with CAN protocol. The LEDs on the tool correspond to DLC pins 1 to 16 and are labeled with DLC pin number and description. Quickly identify pin signal activity and connect an oscilloscope and/ or scan tool. Kit includes banana jacks, silicone-shielded probe leads with 8 millimeter BNC connector for connection with most oscilloscopes. Connect scan tools directly to the auxiliary scan tool connector for flow-through data visibility, too.
